did not like it
bookshelves: torture
Recommended for: NO ONE

I read this book as an "exchange" that was never formally agreed upon (and never followed through with): I would read my friend's religious book (Fountainhead) if my friend read my religious book (Book of Mormon).

This book is depressing and wrong and horrible. I read the bulk of the book in a single day just so I could be done with the characters and move on with my life. Ick, ugh, and barf. I only finished it at all because of the exchange.

I don't recommend this book to anyone, and I will never read another Ayn Rand book again. Ever.

Kate Glad to hear it. I read the first chapter in high school and was sickened.
