it was amazing
Read from October 02 to 04, 2008 — I own a copy, read count: 3

I bought and first read this book for a science fiction literature class I took my freshman year at the University of Washington in 1974, and reread it in 1980. I had a fairly accurate recall of some scenes early in the book, but had completely forgotten the latter parts, and so got to enjoy it again as though reading it for the first time. As with much of the classic science fiction from that era, the unpredicted development of the Internet takes away from its realism. However the religious and psychological implications of this book remain as potent.
