I've come to realise that I will never like Neil Gaiman's works. I have slowly and agonizingly worked my way through two of his books and I'm yet to be astounded. Unfortunately, that maybe because I'm too busy trying to compare him to Douglas Adams in my head. Gaiman is just not funny. He should realise that and stick to writing stories with actual plot, instead of just winging it and hoping it'll all make sense in the end. Let's just leave that to Adams and the writers of LOST, shall we?

"Anansi boys" was just painful. PAINFUL. Won't recommend it to anybody.
