Julie My lit group read this and until I fleshed it out by talking about it I didn't really understand the concept. I doubt I would have finished it, if not for the group, but I found myself thinking about it afterward for a long time.

Karen A. It reminded me alot about the movie 'Brazil'. His descriptions of the record keeping department are funny but also disturbing. His break into his old elementary school to find documents about his past and hiking through the large scattering city cemetary are images that have stayed with me as well. It was a very surreal read(I think I found it off of a magic surrealism list). I don't neccessarily remember the plot but I remember his imagery very clearly.
