 rating: 5 of 5 stars Ella Enchanted is a spunky, fun fairy tale for everyone to enjoy. It is set in the medieval times. With a sweet love story, and chilling adventure I could not put this book down.
 Ella Enchanted is about a girl name Ella who lived with her mom, dad, and nanny who was a secretly a faerie. When Ella was born she was given a gift by her faerie god mother. This gift was the gift was obedience. Which, meant that every time Ella was told to do something no matter what is was she was automatically do it. This was a problem as you can already picture it.
 One sad day, Ella's mom unfortunatly passed away. Ella's dad was then forced to marry a women for money. This women that she married had two daughters. At first Ella's was welcoming to this change. But, when she got to know her new members to her family, she felt other wise. Her new step-mother was wicked, and only cared about her daughters.her new step-sisters where spoiled little evil brats. Unforunatly for Ella her sister's find out about her "gift" and use it against her.
 Ella then decides to go out and find her faerie god mother, and take back her gift. Along the way she finds her self in dangerous sitution that she finds her way out of. She also falls in love with a prince, and finally finds her faeire god mother, and her gift is forver gone.
 I lvoe this story. i would reccommand to all who love a good fairy tale.

oh my god i LOVED this book so much!
