This book states that managers should not try to change their employees; rather, move them around to maximize their strengths. Adults are generally happiest when using their strengths. They aren't interested in changing; that will only depress them and cut down on their productivity. The book also contains the well-developed Gallup Poll questionnaire for determining satisfaction at the workplace.

I liked the book. It's somewhat repetitive but very pertinent to managers. I will manage things differently having read this book.
