Didn't feel it at all, seemed a bit impersonal and frilly, with sentences that tried to show the penmanship with their poetry, but did not add anything to the story besides confusion. There comes a limit for me, where a meaning behind meaning just loses its importance after winding through too many circles. Ani and Devlin were like puppets in a play made to go through the motions of falling in love. Well okay, maybe not fall in love exactly because with destiny and predictions and star-crossed lovers, you get the boring storyline where girl and a boy meet, stare at each other, and voila instant soulmates. So this book was like instant coffee, it might do the trick and you might even like it, if you have not tasted anything better in your life.
