liked it

This is the third or fourth bio of Alcott I've read, and it's a bit more personal than the others in that Cheever inserts herself and her father into it quite often. She also spends much of the bio describing the relationship between Bronson and Louisa; in fact, at times I wondered just whose bio she was writing. This at least separated it from the other bios, but some others certainly provided more info about Louisa's life. This one is VERY readable.
