it was amazing
bookshelves: brilliant-books-for-children

Toad the not-zen gardener yells at his seeds "Now seeds, start growing!"
That is just about where I am with all my plans in life.
Yep, me with a little pitchfork prodding inanimate objects while yelling, "Move it!"

I find something new every time I reread Arnold Lobel.

Nicole Oh Julie,
I couldn't agree with you more! You know how much I love Arnold Lobel! I just love your analogy and your description of Toad.

Julie I thought of you when I read it again. I think you gave me that book. Looking again I see I reviewed the wrong book, Toad gardening is in "Frog and Toad Together."
Toad has it over Voltaire, don't you think?
I am coming to get you for dinner soon.
Watch for it.

Jennifer Toad is my alter-ego, too. I totally relate to his outlook on life!
