One of my favorite books of all time. It is the text that sucked me into biographies, and I haven't looked back.
Reading this book is like talking directly with Ms. Hepburn, who had not yet passed away when I had read it the first time. If you have ever listened to her speak, she has a distinct pacing to her diction. This book reflects that. She lived a fascinating life that is very interesting to read about.
