it was amazing

What a truly spectacular collection of stories? I have to say that the real brilliance of these stories is how they relate so well to nature and subtly revitalize the reader with the natural world. Doerr invites you into stories in which nature is another character that you can’t help but become invested in knowing. The world, in all its vast beauty and wonder, seems both immense and inviting. Suddenly you want to run through the trees, wade into the oceans, and, admit it, work on your fly casting. Absolutely loved this book.
