Such a great read! No running book has ever been more motivating than this... I totally want to do an ultra marathon now! (I'll start with at 50-miler--don't know if I could do a 100-miler anytime soon...) I have loved running for a very long time, so this book really spoke to my soul. As humans, I agree, we were all "born to run."
One of my (many) favorite quotes: "...Running is rooted in our collective imagination, and our imagination is rooted in running... Running was the superpower that made us human--which means it's a superpower all humans possess."
