** spoiler alert ** The end of trilogy. Honestly, the book again has some interesting ideas. I like the characters, but the plot is pretty simplistic. Good AI shows up, gathers hackers, and takes down China. He's not all powerful, but he knows everything that's on the Internet. He has no original creativity though, so he's limited. And of course, it turns out that if anyone tries to splinter him, he goes psycho or at least the splintered parts do, so he can't be taken down (although not splintered he's beneficent).

I found this book a bit disappointing. Oh, and rather than finding out how Caitlin's life goes past age 16, we find out how Webmind's life ends. What a letdown!
