Tina Fey is hilarious! She brought humor to the "working mother" topic. The cover image is Fey in a man's hat, tie and with big, hairy man arms. This picture as well as her "story" tells of a strong woman in a man's world. When she started comedy theater people would say "women aren't funny" and she proved them wrong. Also, she was one of the first women to replace a man in woman's role. (Her challenge - to show that women are funny, great comedians and can play the part instead of a man dressed up like a woman.) I found her story very inspiring especially when she wrote about her child and the decisions she and her husband had to make between work and family; juggling all roles and responsibilities.
