A YA story set in dystopian Chicago, where people are separated not by race, religion, or culture, but by one of five personality traits. At the age of 16, children become adults and choose which faction they'll spend the rest of their lives (if they pass initiation).

I really enjoyed listening to this book as told by Beatrice, a 16-year-old girl who has to decide whether to choose between staying with her family's faction or going to the faction where she thinks she belongs. I hope the rest of this trilogy is as good.
