I have mixed feelings for this book, making it hard to review, so I decided to do a simple pros and cons table:

-Well written.
-Literally kept me reading non-stop, lots of surprises and cliffhangers.
-Brought out many emotions in me (I admit it, I cried).
-Some nice tender scenes near the end with the hero and heroine.

-Too many characters, I felt some were unnecessary.
-The whole story was very complicated.
-Characters undergo change of emotions/ideas frequently, I felt that it was a little confusing and hard to keep track of where the story was headed.
-Did not like some of the decisions the characters made.
-Some parts did not evoke as much emotion out of me as it was supposed to because I figured out too early what the secret was so it really ruined it for me.
-I felt tired after reading the story. Romances are suppose to be a relaxation for me, so this is the main problem I have with the book.

Overall it was a good read.
(Btw, the e-book edition is so much cheaper than the paperback)
