A wonderful story of a special cat (aren't they all special?) and the family that she loved and cared for. I loved Helen Brown's observations which related our lives to cat's lives....how we can learn from cats who are not worried about the past or future but live life to the fullest in the moment, savoring the little spider it finds, the forget-me-nots along the path and boundless joy responding to its family. Helen Brown is a master at similes and metaphors; although a little distracting at times, I laughed out loud with some of the comparisons and thought many were quite creative and appropriate. Great read.
