While I enjoyed this book, I didn't think it was as good as some other SEAL books that I have read before. There just seems to be something missing, I am just not sure what it is.

I really liked the aspect of Gabe and his missing memory, I liked how when he had the chance to do things over his mind made it ok for him to be the man he knew he needed to be while he was captured. I really liked how Helen was gun shy. Gabe had a lot to overcome before she could even start to let him back in again. I loved how Gabe was with Mallory, their relationship was very sweet.

The interaction with his team was ok, but it was so fast and you didn't get to know the characters very well. I am hoping that the next books change that as I do plan on reading them, just won't run right out to get them.
