This one wasn't quite as entertaining as the first book in the series, but part of that may have been the fact that I was reading this during a post-hurricane Irene blackout. I'd say 3 1/2 stars, to be more precise.

Sean, Liam's brother from the first book, agrees to be mate bonded to a half fae/ half lupine shifter sight unseen. They are both physically attracted to each other right off, but the stresses of human attacks on Shiftertown bring them closer together. Andrea, by the way, is the niece of Glory, the lupine that Liam and Sean's father Dylan has been dating.

In this book we learn a bit more about the fae and their relationship to the shifters. Andrea didn't grow up knowing her fae father, she was raised among shifters (in another Shiftertown) who didn't approve of her mixed heritage.

No particular complaints, just a slightly above average paranormal romance.
