Some people thought MJ's 'Me, Myself, and Why?' was a tough read because it bounced between 3 narratives. I loved it, but I found myself dizzy and reaching for the Prozac while reading Undead and Undermined. I've never before felt the need to shout at fictional characters "EVEYBODY SHUT THE HELL UP!". There were so many characters packed into one page that rarely knew who was speaking.
After several chapters, I gave up trying to figure it out and just went along for the ride. MJ tied it together nicely at the end, but it was a little lackluster. This isn't my favorite Betsy book, but I'm holding out hope that the next book will make it all worthwhile.
