I like that this book opened my eyes to a new philosophy on web design. While I've always been a grid designer, I hadn't thought much about a flexible grid in web design. It's exciting to think about what I could design for the web that would be flexible enough to be viewed on a variety of screens (iPhone, iPad, Kindle, desktop, laptop, etc.) without designing all new versions for each different device. Because really if we think of it that way we'll never catch up: there will continue to be new devices that we'll browse the web on and the idea of making one site that's responsive to all is appealing.

The only disappointment is that all browsers don't natively support the solutions offered here. I definitely look forward to some trial and error testing.
