This is a really good overview of nutritional needs for vegans, and it has value for vegetarians as well. In fact, I think it's also useful for people simply looking to add more plant-based foods to their diets. I really appreciated that the authors stuck to the scientific research when making their recommendations, and that they help the readers distinguish between the strengths of different kinds of studies.
