it was amazing
bookshelves: fiction-novels-bestsellers, ya-novels
Read in July, 2011 — I own a copy

Great YA read- a cool graphic novel. 6th grader Rafe heads out on a mission to break all rules in the HVMS code of conduct, egged on by his "imginary friend" Leo and Rafe chronicles the experience in this novel- of course the reasons for his outlandish behavior run deep (which is usually the case in real life too). An adult can finish this book in a matter of short hours, and I could see this book being a great choice for younger middle schoolers, or kids who struggle with reading- the drawings will make the book more palatable for those who struggle.
