Everything any intelligent person has ever suspected about the complete and total intellectual dishonest of right-wing mouthpieces (Coulter, Limbaugh, O'Reilly, Hannity, etc.) is absolutely true.
Franken breaks down the agenda and the lies of these folks in a humorous yet honest and actually heartfelt manner, turn-by-turn and page-by-page in this thoroughly and liberally (pardon the pun!) endnoted, footnoted, and documented book. This is the book to give your soft-core Republican friends that may turn them to the light side.
This is more of a political tome sheathed in comedy than a comedy book lightly wrapped with politics.
While a bit dated at this juncture (early 2008) it's still a great quick and light read, and it's an interesting and revealing look back at the falsehoods, "truthiness", and out-and-out lies that got America into the trouble it's in today.
