I had read a couple of other Perry books. Every time I read one, I was told that Butcher's Boy was by far his best. So, I finally got around to reading this. I must say, it was a little over-hyped. I enjoyed it, but it didn't blow me away. Really enjoyed the killer story line, would have liked more about him. I will read the sequels, which seem to be more centered on his character.
