Got this one from the library and have really enjoyed using it. It's a pretty straightforward collection of family recipes, pictures and stories, and includes many tips on how to make things kid-friendly (for real kids). There are certainly a few seaweed and spelt flour recipes, but most have common ingredients. The book's biggest flaw is that since there are just a few recipes for this and a few for that, I can't imagine using it *a lot*, which is now mandatory for cookbooks coming into the house. Favorite recipes so far are the homemade veggie burgers, standby vinaigrette and her "seed mix" for adding to yogurt, cereal and batters.
