Donna Anastasi Hi Mary, I'm going to download your book and will let you know. You might like to read mine, it has some similar themes. The 2.99 version on amazon is a little hidden>

Mary Loesch Donna,
I just check it out and it does have similiar themes! I downloaded it to my Kindle and can't wait to read it.

Donna Anastasi Thanks Mary! Nephilim is the next book on my list to read. Where did the idea for your story come from, btw?

Mary Loesch Believe it or not, I dreamt about one of my characters and he ended up being my protaganist. My husband is a very tattooed individual and sort of inspired that element of the story. Also, we live in the Austin area, which is where the book is set. The culture, nightlife, all helped to inspire things about the novel.

What about you?

Donna Anastasi I've started reading and am completely drawn in by your three main characters (Azel-Faye-Nathan) in the first chapter. I love the premise that one's most carefully guarded dark-secret is branded on their body, and that it drive people over-the-edge to be exposed - still being teased in the story about what Nathan has inked on the thigh of that poor, unfortunate young man (I have my guesses, of course).

My story and main characters hit me all at once in a sort of day dream that insisted on being written down. I talked about it in this blog interview:

You basically put everything I enjoy and love into a words! :) I am addicted to tattoos and obsessed with angels. This should be one hell of a book! :)
