Emily Giffin doesn't disappoint with this novel as her characters are rich and very relatable. While it was very well-written, I still was disappointed in the main character for the decisions that she makes. So many people question the decisions they make in life, and in this one, even though the main character has a wonderful life with a wonderful husband, she gets sidetracked after running into her ex-boyfriend whom she obviously was not over. I am happy with the ending, but after hurting her husband so, it makes me sad. Just goes to show what a good writer Giffin is. The believability, whether I liked it or not, made you think about what you would do in the same situation. Looking forward to Giffin's next one.
