I think I found this when I was in college, maybe late high school. Remains my tried and true book for when life is overwhelming or frustrating. I think the interplay with the main character and her family is hilarious. Slightly predictable, but an easy read because of it. Canadian woman in her late twenties in the early 1900's is viewed as a spinster by her family and she finds out she is going to die, so throws caution to the wind.
