I picked this up off the shelf not realizing it was a sequel to a book I'd never read. In a way, I'm glad because I'd have probably been frustrated with how much of this book was spent "reminding" the reader of the earlier incidents, but it also was challenging since I think I was meant to already have some sort of relationship with the lead character and her associates that was lacking. (The book is a first person account as if someone is telling the story to the reader, full of phrases like "you'll remember..." or "you know me," etc.).

Not a bad thriller, I can't say I had any clue how it would be resolved.
