Best book about a FTM teen I've read. J's emotions are extremely believable, as are the various reactions of those around him. The plot is realistic without feeling clinical (something I've found wrong with many books about transgender teens). Not only is this book great for gender-variant, transgender or questioning teens, but also for their parents, teachers, clergy, friends, etc. The story is fast-paced and well turned. There are also resources in the back.
