This was not quite a 4 but more than a three. Nice little story about a girl who doesn't fit in at school, or with her own family. Her mother is scatterbrained, flaky and incompetent, so Emma has to grow up pretty fast. She's never met her father, but the summer she turns 12, she receives an invitation to a reunion with her father's family. This is a story about friendship, family and finding your place in the world.
