Ayn Rand once described _Atlas Shrugged_ as a murder mystery – albeit a mystery concerning the murder of man’s mind and spirit rather than his body. Chesterton tackles a similar theme, but with more humor, irony and benevolence. Think of it as a humorous, warm-hearted version of Saw – minus the gore, inconsistency, self-righteousness, authoritarianism and stupidity.
