There are aspects of this book that I enjoyed a lot, but mostly, I think I need to quit reading YA graphic novels. I'm starting to be bored by them. They all feel the same. This isn't a bad book; it's a pretty great book. I'd just like it more if I were 14. I've learned these lessons already and felt a bit blase about everything.

My favorite part was Anya's immigrant situation. That was fresh feeling and liked the interactions between her and her mother and her Russian culture. The art was also quite well suited to the book. I thought the treatment of the ghost was especially well done.
