Some interesting stuff about the basics of cooking, but was hard to translate into eggless cooking. An entire section of meat ratios. Lots of recipes involving cream & butter, which are fine to replace with vegan ingredients in most recipes, but less so in ratios. Best part is the cookie ratio. Turned into mini cookie batches, every night for a week. I'll pretend this was just an article about the cookie ratio, and then it would be a 5-star article. Cookies....
