Typical Patterson: fast paced, enough details to support action, short chapters.

10th Anniversary brings together the 4 members:
*Lindsay Boxer, SFPD sergeant and newly married, pursues a case of a teenage mother who has no recollection of what happened to her before and after the delivery of her baby who is now missing.
*Yuki Castellano, assistant DA, is prosecuting a big case - cardiac surgeon murders philandering husband. This win will assure her place in the DA staff. Lindsay is pulled in to the case and is at odds at what to do.
*Cindy Thomas, crime desk reporter, is wondering how much longer she will be on the newspaper staff without any lead stories until she connects a series of drugged rapes where the women do not remember any details of what happened to them.
*Claire Washburn, medical examiner, has a supporting/minor role in this book celebrating with Lindsay their 10 year anniversary of working together and being each other's BFF.
