This is a 3.5 star rating, but not a 4!
I loved this book at times and wanted to throw it in the bin at others. The protagonist and narrator of the story; Saleem Sinai is an interesting character. Midnight's Children is certainly a challenge of a book!

Ellie I'm just starting-I loved your description of your experience reading it. Reminds me of when I was reading The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman. But I was so glad I finally finished that one; I hope my experience with MC is the same.
