In terms of reading enjoyment I would give it 2 stars or less. I found some of the writing to be somewhat esoteric and not exactly a page turner. However, it is a short book and I don't disagree that following the four agreements would make for a better life. It's just easier said than done. (I do have some trouble with accepting that EVERYTHING is not personal though.) I am giving it an extra star for the suggestions on improving my life and following the agreement to "Do your best" has already made a noticeable difference (in particular the idea that it's detrimental to try to better than your best). It's a short enough book that it's worth the read.
