This is definitely one of the better books in the series. You get a completely different perspective on what happened in the events surrounding Thousand Sons and a deep insight into the psychology of the Space Wolves that's different from what I knew before.

Besides that, it's a really well done story of military fiction and a different "culture" - that of the Vlka Fenryka.

Probably a half star higher than it would be for someone who isn't a fanboy.
