What a wonderful book!! I read this for my book club.

I love reading about the Depression (I actually like Grapes of Wrath) and this was no exception. A wonderful account of a circus worker. I highly recommend this book. I couldn't put it down--I read it in under a week. In my pre-kid days I would have read it in a day.
