I learned about Brene Brown from her TEDtalk on vulnerability and was stoked to read this book. It more than lived up to expectations. She explains how shame feeds into our inability to be vulnerable which leads to hustling for approval and unhappiness. It helps one to realize shame triggers and gives practical ideas on how we can become ourselves more often. Her writing style is entertaining and the book is an easy read that can change your life.
