Gabriel Gunn is a rock star with a voice that can seduce the masses. Behind his success is a tragic life and a load of guilt. After an attempt on his life and the loss of his best friend, Gabriel is left wondering if it's all worth it. Amelia has been watching over Gabriel since his birth, and she has sworn to keep him and what sleeps inside him safe from those who wish to unleash evil on the world. When the hidden awakes it is Amelia's duty to slay Gabriel to protect the innocent, but emotions that were nonexistent in the angel realm are flourishing here in the mortal plane. She may end up trading her life, so that Gabriel can live out his.
Fantastically good book, and I would have loved to have given 4 and a half stars, but I can't. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars was a personal nitpicky thing of mine ( remember I'm a tad warped), but when oral sex only goes one way it ticks me off. Regardless of the gender, fair is fair. That's the only reason. Otherwise this was a great read.
