This book is more than just an exercise plan or a diet, it is a new way of life, that if followed, will get you in to shape and potentially change the way you approach all the challenges in your life. I found it to be a little cheesy, but the program is great. He is a great motivator and the program really does work. Its a good starting place for anyone who wants to get into shape.
