The topic of the Titanic as part of this book really intrigued me; however, at some parts of the book I found myself asking if I should put the book aside for another time. Parts are slow moving, but once the girls board Titanic (about 1/2-2/3 through the book) I found the action to be better and the book more enjoyable.

As far as recommendations, I would give this book to people who would also enjoy the Titanic link and other historical aspects. Weyn has a section at the back about what is real and what isn't - a nice addition. I would also recommend this to young adults who are investigative and questioning.
