Great action, storytelling and adventure all rolled into one...Clive Cussler always entertains me whether it be his fiction or factual works.

His principal characters always amaze me with their brilliance, intelligence and determination. The Spy's Isaac Bell is no exception!

Don't let this series throw you off. Most of Cussler's novels are written presently or in the near future. The Spy (and the other two preceding novels) take place at the turn of the century. No gadgets, no internet, no super-computers...these novels posses a rawness that are both exciting and a challenge to make the "leap" back almost 100 years of history.

I'm looking forward to reading Issac's next adventure!
