Read in June, 2009

saw vila-matas at the p.e.n. weekend and he talked about how from one perspective there is nothing left to write - the standard boy becomes a man narrative is exhausted - but what if that's not that way we approach literature?

why not face the hydra and write about why not to write? of course the whole thing is a farce, but its pleasant to be in the sidecar.
