All of his stories are scripts for graphic novels, they are cinematic and shot in such a dramatic range of gray and black tones, and the characters are hilarious because they are so painfully awful. The heirs to his crown are undoubtedly Stephen Merchant and Ricky Gervais. Have you seen "Extras"?
