The Client

I've always considered myself a big Grisham fan, but haven't read all too many of his books. "A Time to Kill" is one of my all time favorite books, and I greatly enjoyed "The Firm" and "The Chamber." I knew "The Client" was one of the more famous ones (as there is the movie, which I will note that I have not seen) and when I came across a hardcover at Goodwill of it for 75 cents, I knew I had to pick it up. I was not disappointed. The beginning and the middle of the book were enthralling to me, however the end lacked that satisfaction I was looking for. I don't want to give any spoilers or anything away, but I expected to hear more about what happened to The Blade and the rest of the Mafia instead of what happened to Mark and Reggie only. I also wish the storyline of Ricky had been delved into a little more, as I was just as worried about Ricky as I was Mark the entire novel.
