I'm an ardent fan of the Troubleshooter series and was excited to read When Tony Met Adam. I loved getting to know more about Tony and was happy that Adam did in fact have some redeemable qualities; and while I was extremely happy to read their story I think the novella format was a bit too short to fit everything in. I know, greedy reader here, always wanting more. It was a nice foray into the DADT law and while I appreciated it, it think due to the format much of the story was given through exposition and long monologues. I'm a fan of Ms. Brockmann's dialogue and felt that this story sacrificed some of that to get the point across. Given all that, was I satisfied reading Tony and Adam's story? You becha'. All in all is was a good coda to the Troubleshooter series. Do I want more from this series. The answer is an unequivocal YES.
