OK, I feel a little cheesy rating this "It was amazing" but I could not put this book down, as has been the case for every book by E. Lockhart. They aren't really profound, but Ruby Oliver is so realistically portrayed, so funny, so easy to relate to (for me at least), I had to give it the best rating possible. More antics in Roo's love life -- she is forever making poor decisions that dig her into holes she seems to just make deeper and deeper. But it's fun to watch her get out of the holes, and to watch her grow and learn and generally become a better person. While this is pretty light stuff, it's not total beach fluff and so compellingly written that screw it, I'm not going to feel bad about giving 5 stars to it!
